We work out your USPTO deadlines from what has actually happened on the case, so no date depends on someone remembering it.

- That record is only ever added to, never edited or deleted (append-only), so the dates can always be re-checked against it.
- When something new happens, the dates are worked out again. You only see the ones still open.
- Reminders go to the practitioner responsible. You choose which of the optional ones you get.
- A deadline is never allowed to be wrong. We treat that as non-negotiable. It is computed, never guessed.
